We want your dance experience to be the best it can be. If you must return shoes for any reason please notify us by phone or email within 21 days of shipment date. We will not accept returns after 21 days of shipment date. We do not exchange worn or soiled shoes. When trying on shoes, please do so on a carpeted area. No refund will be issued on shoes with worn soles. Shipping charges for returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser, unless there is an error on our part. The refund will be credited within 2-3 days of our receiving the merchandise. We will assess a $25.00 restocking fee. |
